The usual trade-off when you rent GPU capacity is visibility: you do not own the hardware, so you do not get to see it. What you get instead is a status page and a support queue, and when a job slows down you are guessing.
RCS is Board Sea's own monitoring platform, built for AI infrastructure rather than adapted from general IT tooling. It covers eight source categories in one view — GPU health, utilisation, power and thermals; CPU, memory, disk and OS; storage capacity and performance; network bandwidth, latency and error rates; InfiniBand link health and throughput; RoCEv2 and RDMA performance and congestion; security device logs and sessions; and facility power, cooling and environment.
It is multi-tenant ready with role-based access control, so a tenant sees their own estate and nothing else. Alerting is multi-channel with escalation, and reporting covers SLA performance, trend analysis and custom reports. There is a RESTful API if you would rather pull the data into your own tooling.
The reason we can offer this at all is that it is not a customer-facing add-on bolted on afterwards. It is the platform our own L1 and L2 engineers use to run the estate. You are looking at the same screen they are.
